1. Photo Requirements?
To create the best possible artwork, please follow these simple photo guidelines:
Use a clear, well-lit photo
Your pet’s face (or full body, if selected) should be clearly visible
Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images
Photos taken at eye level work best

If you’re unsure whether your photo is suitable, don’t worry — our artists will review it and contact you if a different photo is needed.

2. Can I request changes?
Yes. Because each portrait is hand-painted, minor adjustments (such as color tone or small details) are included.

Please note that full redraws or major changes after completion are not guaranteed, as each piece is custom-made from scratch.
3. Why does it take 2–3 weeks?
Every ArtForPets portrait is hand-painted and made to order by real artists — not printed or generated.
We take time to ensure each artwork captures your pet’s unique expression and personality.
✨ Quality art can’t be rushed.
4. Do you ship to the United States?
Yes! We offer Free U.S. Shipping on all orders.

Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

5. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because each portrait is custom-made, we do not accept returns for preference-based reasons.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us within 48 hours — we’ll make it right.

6. Extra Pets
Can I include more than one pet?

Yes! You can add additional pets directly on the product page.
Each extra pet is individually hand-painted to maintain quality and detail.

7. Does the portrait come with a stand?
The portrait can be displayed in a frame or paired with our optional acrylic transparent stand, perfect for desks and shelves.

8. Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems for your peace of mind.
